We are looking for an full time one site e-commerce executive who is responsible for managing online sales platform, daily operations, analysing consumer behaviour and data analytics along with various reports with regards to inventory, sales etc... Ideal candidate should have basic knowledge and experience about D2c sales through different online marketplaces and websites, should be able to manage internal teams and ensuring smooth online shopping experience to customers.
· Product management : Product listings, descriptions, images and article masters for different sales platforms. Ensuring product accuracy and consistency across all channels.
· Inventory management : Monitoring stock levels at WMS and co-ordinating with logistics team to maintain real time data syncing.
· Order management : Processing orders received from different platforms, tracking orders, returns and exchange management to ensure timely fulfilment and good customer experience, which includes both pre-paid and cod orders.
· Sales and Performance : Track and Analyse key website metrics such as Traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, category / product / MRP performance and revenue metrics with different parameters.
· Analysis and Reporting : Weekly / Monthly sales reports, ROAS, ROI, Average order value, Average Selling price, Discounting, Expense vs Sale, Returns etc..
· Return management
· Digital Marketing : Understand Meta and Googe advertising with detailed reporting, CRM Campaigns and Performance marketing using social media campaigns to increase website traffic and conversion.
· Customer Experience : Resolving order and brand related customer queries, post-purchase customer experience and customer friendly solutions. Manage customer care team.
· Through in MS Office
· Experience in Shopify or any related e-com platforms.
· Analytics and Reporting
· Understand any third party integrations (Payment gateway, Logistics, CRM tool etc.)
· Very Good communication and co-ordination skills.
· Meta business suite and Google adwords.
· Bachelor degree in business analytics or any related field.
· 2+ year’s experience in online sales.
