Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across three lifestyle brands.
Drive online sales performance and monitor conversions and targets.
Oversee cataloging, CRM, billing, dispatch, and analytics.
Streamline workflows, optimize SOPs, and lead a cross-functional team.
Ensure a seamless customer experience across websites and marketplaces.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations with proven leadership.
Strong knowledge of
Shopify, Razorpay, Cashfree, Interakt
, and marketplace tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Prior experience in
furniture, home, or lifestyle retail
preferred.
