Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations ensuring an optimized, user-friendly, and conversion-focused online presence.
Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan for e-commerce across assigned portfolios.
Take end-to-end ownership of demand forecasting, P&L, and overall business performance.
Ensure on-time product listings, visibility campaigns, and off-take performance for all launches.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Manage relationships with key e-commerce partners such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
Negotiate margins, TOTs, and annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with marketplace partners.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
Work with e-commerce marketing agencies to develop strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze sales, margins, listings, and forecasts to ensure achievement of business goals.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews with action-oriented business plans.
Oversee budget allocation and ensure efficient utilization to achieve ROI targets.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across platforms to maximize visibility and sales.
Track and analyze campaign performance, ACOS, and ROI, providing actionable insights.
Stay updated with evolving e-commerce trends, tools, and innovations to drive performance.
Build and maintain an annual marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.
Performance Measures
Achievement of sales and revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Effective P&L management and ROI delivery.
Growth in marketplace performance and visibility.
Timely execution of launches and promotional campaigns.
Adherence to budget utilization and credit discipline.
Required Experience:
Total Experience: 5-7 years in E-commerce / D2C / Marketplace management with reputed consumer brands.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and e-commerce operations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Hands-on experience in data analysis, forecasting, and campaign management.
Educational Qualification: B.E. + MBA (Marketing / E-commerce / Business Management) or equivalent
