Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Account Manager located in Jaipur. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee online sales and marketing activities, manage product listings, optimize the online shopping experience, and analyze sales data to enhance performance. They will be responsible for amazon and other marketplaces growth startegies, advertisement management and product listing performance and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations . Qualifications Proven experience in Account Management and managing relationships with key accounts Experience in E-Commerce to drive online marketplace success Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate account performance and develop data-driven strategies Proficient in Marketing to effectively promote products and increase online traffic Ability to develop and implement effective Business Planning strategies Exceptional Customer Service skills to address customer needs and enhance customer satisfaction Specific experience in managing Key Accounts, particularly on platforms such as Amazon Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 5+ Experience in the e-commerce industry is highly beneficial Working experience in Rajasthan is preferred.
