Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy & Execution

Develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.

Product & Content Management

Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog accuracy across all platforms.
Ensure up-to-date inventory by coordinating closely with supply chain and logistics teams.

Performance Analysis

Track and analyze website performance, customer behavior, and conversion metrics.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Digital Marketing & Optimization

Lead SEO efforts, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to enhance website UX/UI and boost customer engagement.

Marketplace Management

Handle operations and optimization on Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
Monitor competitor activity and stay informed about industry trends and emerging tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

3–5+ years
of professional experience in e-commerce management.
Strong understanding of online sales, digital funnels, and marketplace operations.
Proficiency with
Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento
, and
Amazon Seller Central

Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads
, and related analytical tools.
Excellent numerical, communication, and project management skills.
Highly detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional user experience.
