Job Description

Role & responsibilities Manage daily operations for our own e commerce front end and other marketplace channels including Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, Tata1Mg, Kindlife etc. Oversee product listing, including new product uploads, creating variations, uploading A+ content, and ensuring all product data such as titles, descriptions, images, videos, and discounts are accurate across all platforms. Setup and manage online store interface Plan weekly shipments and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth inbound stock processes. Collaborate with the operations teams and distribution channel for order processing, ensuring orders are efficiently managed from receipt to delivery across marketplaces. Monitor and manage inventory levels and pricing on all marketplace platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Perform regular audits to verify product listings are accurate and live on all platforms. Analyse sales data, optimize product listings, and adjust pricing to enhance visibility and drive sales growth. Act as the main point of contact for all marketplace-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems as they arise. Prepare and analyse product catalogue performance and create monthly progress reports. Assist the operations and accounts teams with order fulfilment, inventory updates, and payment reconciliation. Manage and enhance customer relationships through CRM tools and personalized strategies. Oversee website optimization efforts, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly online experience. Utilize SEO strategies to boost product visibility and rankings on e-commerce platforms. Perform data analysis , tracking key metrics to improve overall platform performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and operations to execute e-commerce strategies. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. Ensure a seamless user experience (UX) across all platforms, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention. Oversee payment gateway integration for secure and seamless transactions. Develop strategies for customer retention to enhance brand loyalty and repeat business. Execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to grow the business, drive online merchandising, and enhance digital marketing efforts. Strategic Responsibilities : Define and track key metrics, manage product assortment, supply chain, and marketing activities. Develop and execute joint business plans with e-commerce partners to drive sales and platform growth. Negotiate deals, analyse sales data, market trends, and develop data-driven strategies to optimize business performance. Required Skills and Experience : 3+ years of experience handling end-to-end catalogue and operations management in B2B & B2C e-commerce platforms. Hands-on experience with Shopify and a solid understanding of retail operations, margin closing, and account reconciliation processes. Strong negotiation skills, sales data analysis, and ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies. Proven track record of managing and growing e-commerce platforms and key accounts. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) , website optimization , and data analysis . Solid understanding of SEO strategies , analytics , and reporting .
