Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Associate located in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Associate will be responsible for managing online product listings, processing orders, and handling customer queries. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also involves assisting with online marketing campaigns and optimizing product descriptions for better search visibility. Qualifications Experience with managing online product listings and order processing Skills in customer service and handling customer queries Knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination Proficiency in online marketing and optimizing product descriptions for SEO Content writing & updation on E-commerce portals.
