Job Description: E-Commerce Executive (Freshers Welcome) We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced professional or a recent graduate passionate about the digital world, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn, adapt, and contribute to our online business operations. In this role, you’ll help manage our e-commerce platforms, coordinate product listings, oversee online sales and inventory, and work toward delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support and execute strategies to drive online sales and boost brand visibility. Assist in managing the end-to-end e-commerce workflow — from product uploads to post-purchase support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Learn and implement best practices in digital commerce, online marketing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and visuals on our website and marketplaces. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely updates. Assist in planning and running online campaigns, offers, and promotions. Collect and analyse customer feedback, reviews, and purchase behaviour to support continuous improvement. Generate periodic reports on sales performance, trends, and customer insights. Participate in trade events, exhibitions, or brand promotions when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc. Interest in online shopping trends, digital tools, and customer behaviour. Proficient with spreadsheets and basic data analysis. Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, business, marketing, or any related field. Internship or project experience in digital marketing, product listings, or online sales is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics or CRM platforms.
