Company Manufacturing Home Appliances are rapidly growing consumer brands with strong presence across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Blinkit. We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Accountant who can manage our end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting for online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting for e-commerce operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit).
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, commissions, returns, payment gateways, and GST reports.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks (as applicable).
• Track receivables, chargebacks, penalties, and deductions from marketplaces.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order invoicing, credit notes, and vendor payments.
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, cash flow statements, and MIS reports for management.
• Identify revenue leakages and provide solutions for financial optimization.
• Support auditors with necessary documentation during internal and statutory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting, with hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and marketplace commission structures.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks).
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
