Position Summary

The Secondary Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in

Economics / Business Studies / Psychology

to students in Grades 912. The teacher will foster critical thinking, analytical ability, and conceptual understanding while ensuring alignment with the school's academic standards and curriculum framework (CBSE / IB / Cambridge as applicable).

Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons as per the prescribed curriculum and academic plan.
  • Design and implement creative learning experiences to enhance student engagement and understanding.
  • Integrate technology and real-world applications into classroom teaching.
  • Assess and evaluate student performance through classwork, projects, and examinations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master's degree in Economics / Business Studies / Psychology (as applicable).
  • B.Ed. (mandatory for CBSE / preferred for other boards).
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant teaching experience in secondary school.
  • Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern pedagogical practices.
