Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a skilled EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefit Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, implementation, and support of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS modules, with a focus on Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of HRMS, combined with deep knowledge of Payroll and Benefits processes. Key Responsibilities : Configuration and Implementation : Implement, configure, and support EBS HRMS Payroll and Benefits modules. Payroll Processing : Manage the complete payroll cycle from input to reporting and ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with local and global regulations. Benefit Management : Configure and support benefits modules, ensuring accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and reporting. System Integration : Work with other systems (Finance, GL, etc.) to ensure smooth integration with HRMS modules. Troubleshooting and Support : Provide ongoing support, resolve system issues, and assist with system upgrades or changes. Customizations and Enhancements : Collaborate with technical teams to develop customizations and enhancements to meet business requirements. User Training and Documentation : Conduct training sessions for end users, and create comprehensive user manuals and documentation. Requirements Gathering : Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into system specifications. Testing and Quality Assurance : Perform system testing (UAT), validate configurations, and ensure compliance with payroll policies. Compliance and Reporting : Ensure the system is compliant with relevant tax regulations and labor laws, and assist with reporting requirements. Skills and Qualifications : Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Oracle EBS HRMS modules, especially Payroll and Benefits. Strong understanding of technical components such as PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, and workflow configurations. Experience with Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc.) and integration with other Oracle modules (GL, AP, etc.). Functional Expertise : In-depth understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, and benefits management. Knowledge of global payroll and benefits practices, including statutory deductions, benefits eligibility, and reporting. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly with payroll issues. Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle EBS HRMS, with at least 5 years focusing on Payroll and Benefits. Experience in the full lifecycle of HRMS implementations (requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support). Communication and Analytical Skills : Excellent communication skills to interact with business users, HR teams, and technical teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues related to payroll and benefits. Preferred Qualifications : Oracle certifications in HRMS modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus. Knowledge of tax compliance and statutory reporting in [region/country]. Education : Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Additional Requirements : Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
