The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud technologies, and team leadership skills to mentor and guide developers.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of complex Java-based applications.Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with best practices.Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and DevOps principles.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver solutions.Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.Conduct code reviews, technical mentoring, and hands-on development.Work with cloud platforms AWS & Azure for deployments.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science with 5-7 years of proven experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a lead role.Expertise in Java 21+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker.Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms AWS and Azure.Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker and Azure DevOps.Strong understanding of multithreading, design patterns, and system architecture.Knowledge of message brokers Kafka or RabbitMQ.Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps culture.Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.Experience in Frontend Technologies (React/Angular).Familiarity with GraphQL, ElasticSearch, Redis.Exposure to AI/ML integration in Java applications.

Qualification: Engineering or Science Graduates/Post GraduatesPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe resource will be assigned specific set of tasks in a Product Release or Implementation Project.
