Role & responsibilities This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director at eBest Mobile located in Bengaluru. This will be responsible for managing sales team activities, driving sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves overseeing sales processes, analyzing market trends, developing sales plans, and collaborating with other departments to enhance sales performance. Preferred candidate profile 10+ Years of Experience in the FMCG/CPG industry or related field is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms is a plus Strong background in SaaS or PaaS based product management B2B enterprise software solution selling experience Team Leadership and Collaboration skills Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships, and digging into potential customers, Sales Management, Sales Strategies, and Customer Relationship Management skills, Market Analysis and Sales Planning abilities Able to write the company deck to present to the customer and independently wrote solutions according to customers' needs Familiar with the company's products and able to demonstrate to customers
