The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, and setting up and operating CNC machines. The role involves monitoring machining processes, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality and precision in all operations. Collaboration with team members to meet production goals and maintain equipment is also a key aspect of the job. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC Programming, including creating and modifying programs to meet production requirements Strong understanding of Technical Drawing for interpreting designs and developing accurate machining processes Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling operations Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot programming and machine-related issues Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring precision in all machining tasks Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Relevant certifications or a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
