Job Description: Online Exam Support Specialist (Night Shift) Position Type: Full-Time (On-Call Basis) Work Schedule: Night Shift 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Compensation: Full-time salary (on-call basis) Training: 2 days paid training provided Overview We are hiring Online Exam Support Specialists to assist students during their online examinations. This role is essential to ensure smooth exam operations by providing technical support and guidance to students. Although this position is on-call , employees will be paid full-time . Key Responsibilities Provide live assistance to students during scheduled online exams. Troubleshoot technical issues such as login errors, connectivity problems, and exam platform usage. Ensure students clearly understand and follow exam rules. Report and escalate any unresolved technical or exam-related issues. Maintain accurate logs of support activities. Mandatory Requirements Equipment: Dual monitor setup, laptop/PC, external keyboard, and mouse (applications without these will not be considered). Internet: High-speed internet connection. Internet costs will be reimbursed upon submission of a valid bill . Environment: Quiet and distraction-free workspace for night-shift support. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain alert and responsive during night shifts (9:00 PM – 5:00 AM). Previous experience in IT support, online education, or exam proctoring is an asset. Reliable and responsible work ethic.
