Role Responsibilities Design and implement engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students. Assess children's progress and communicate findings to parents and guardians. Implement age-appropriate teaching strategies and materials. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Certified in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or equivalent. Experience working with children ages 3-6 in an educational setting. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Patience and a nurturing attitude towards children. Proficient in classroom management techniques. Ability to assess and monitor student progress effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of educational technologies and tools.
