Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on early childhood education best practices. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Foster children's curiosity through creative activities such as storytelling, art, music, and play. Teach basic skills such as numbers, colors, shapes, and letters in a fun and interactive way. Encourage social interactions and help develop communication and problem-solving skills. Observe each child’s development and provide feedback to parents and guardians. Maintain classroom cleanliness, order, and safety protocols. Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Prior experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children. Knowledge of child development and classroom management techniques.
