Key Responsibilities:Calendar and Schedule Management: Efficiently organize the Managing Director's appointments, meetings, and travel plans to optimize time management.Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Document Preparation: Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other essential documents with a high degree of accuracy.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with discretion, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality.Project Assistance: Support the Managing Director in various projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Experience: Proven experience in an executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior executives.Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism and clarity.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.Discretion and Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
