E2E Solution Support Specialist

Role Overview: As an End-to-End (E2E) Solution Support Specialist, your role will involve identifying and resolving issues in VoX, 5G, DM, and PaCo solutions running on both bare-metal servers and cloud-based networks. You will be part of a globally distributed team, collaborating with key Nokia customers across regions to work on unique and challenging customer networks and solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot challenging, business-critical cases across multiple network elements, driving customer fault analysis and resolution. - Provide an end-to-end (E2E) perspective for holistic problem-solving when element-level analysis falls short. - Contribute to system-level Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with an E2E view and clear documentation. - Recommend improvements related to system dimensioning, configurations, and processes for enhanced stability and performance. - Coordinate with support teams from other Business Groups to ensure global E2E control of the customer solution, including participation in on-call rotations and occasional travel. - Drive and facilitate partnership among diverse stakeholder groups to secure aligned, timely solutions. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 9+ years of experience in Packet Core Domain with Tier3 / R&D level of expertise. - Exposure to E2E IMS/VoLTE, VoNR troubleshooting, and practical experience on 5G Packet Core. - Knowledge and working experience on CBIS/NCS / Public Cloud (AWS, GCP) and IP Networking are mandatory. - Strong communications and leadership skills to interact, coordinate, and drive investigations from an end-to-end perspective.
