E2E Networks - Technical Lead - Golang/Python

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Software Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python.
• Code Review : Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.
• Architecture & Design : Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Best Practices : Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Problem-Solving : Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for the software solutions developed.
  

Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, Go and its libraries.
• Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of Helm Charts, Containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
