Subject: Immediate Hiring: Experienced Desktop Support Engineer Dear Professionals, We are currently looking to hire an Experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team immediately. Position: Desktop Support Engineer (Experienced Only) Location: [Rajajinagar, Bengaluru] Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract / Permanent] Key Responsibilities: Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, iMacs, MacBooks, and peripheral devices. User Support: Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person, assisting users with a wide range of IT issues. Hardware Maintenance: Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance (RAM, hard drives, GPUs, etc.). Backup & Recovery / Inventory Management: Manage data backup solutions, asset tracking, and license management. User Training: Conduct basic training sessions to enhance user productivity and system usage. Email Configuration: Set-up, troubleshoot, and manage Microsoft Outlook, including backup and recovery. Network Connectivity: Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues for desktop systems. Security: Maintain system integrity through antivirus management and firewall configurations. Server Management: Installation and configuration of Windows Server 2019 or later. Active Directory setup: ADDS, Group Policy, NTFS permissions, FSRM, WDS, etc. Managing FSMO roles within Active Directory. Virtualization using Hyper-V 2019. DHCP and DNS configuration and troubleshooting. Network Administration: Strong experience managing and administering complex network environments. Qualifications: Proven experience in desktop and server support roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments. Hands-on experience with Mac systems is a plus. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA) are an advantage.
