Email Monitoring: Regularly check and respond to sales-related emails and inquiries on a daily basis. Internal Coordination: Discuss customer inquiries with the lead owner or relevant internal stakeholders. Pricing Requests: Raise requests to the sourcing/procurement team for price details and availability. Quotation Management: Prepare new and revised quotations with accurate customer and item details. Follow up with customers on submitted quotations. Update and maintain records of non-core quotations and pricing requests. Sales Order Processing: Convert approved quotations into sales orders. Send order acknowledgment emails to customers. Proforma Invoice Generation: Create proforma invoices as per customer requirements. Delivery Coordination: Provide customers with regular delivery status updates. Documentation Preparation: Prepare and issue calibration certificates. Handle vendor registration and customer request forms. Sales Reporting: Prepare funnel reports for the sales team. Maintain an updated list of inquiry funnels for tracking and follow-up. Customer Communication: Send introduction emails to new or prospective customers. Follow up on sample deliveries and service requests from both customers and suppliers.
