E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Flipkart, Walmart, and other marketplaces.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to improve performance.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for paid ads, social media promotions, and email marketing campaigns.
• Work on SEO optimization for product pages to improve rankings and visibility.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and order fulfillment to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor analysis to refine strategies.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, return rates, and marketing ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC campaigns, SEO, and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
