Role & responsibilities Strategic Sales & Market Expansion Develop and execute business strategies to increase market share and revenue. Create actionable go-to-market plans across multiple verticals and regions. Channel Partner & Dealer Management Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail networks. Oversee onboarding and performance tracking of channel partners. New Market & Channel Expansion Identify growth opportunities in untapped regions. Launch new channel partnerships and establish Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs). Institutional & Project Sales Target sales through builders, architects, interior designers, and large-scale projects. Participate in tendering processes and specification-based selling. Scheme & Incentive Planning Design competitive trade schemes and incentives to drive sales momentum. Competitor & Market Intelligence Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to stay ahead. Sales Team Leadership Lead, train, and mentor Zonal Managers, Regional Sales Teams, and Channel Partner Executives. Foster a performance-driven and accountable sales culture. CRM & Customer Engagement Drive customer retention and satisfaction through structured CRM practices and engagement initiatives. Sales Forecasting & Analytics Monitor KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and report strategic insights to the leadership team. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Production, and After-Sales teams for seamless execution. E-Commerce & Digital Sales Develop and manage digital sales strategies across Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost online conversions. Export & International Sales Drive international expansion, appoint distributors, and grow cross-border sales revenue. Government & Institutional Business Explore tenders, PSUs, and institutional contracts to build a solid government business pipeline. Corporate Tie-Ups & Alliances Form partnerships with real estate developers, hospitality chains, and corporate houses. Preferred candidate profile 1218 years in sales leadership, strategy, and channel development. Experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, building materials, FMCG, or consumer durables preferred. Strong exposure to dealer-distributor models, institutional sales, B2B/B2C , and e-commerce growth . Education: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferred). Additional certifications in Sales Strategy, CRM, or Export Development are a plus.
