We're expanding our Indian team after getting overwhelming response and looking for smart, driven E-commerce professionals to join our front-end operations vertical and grow with us in the D2C landscape.

What You'll Do

As an E-commerce Operations, Sales & Marketing Associate, you'll be at the heart of our e-commerce marketplace operations. This is a dynamic, execution-focused role with plenty of learning and responsibility from Day 1. You will:

- Run and manage Amazon Ads (sponsored products & brand campaigns)

- Get familiar with Indian E-Commerce platforms like Nykaa, Myntra etc.

- Create and optimize product listings using SEO and keyword tools

- Analyze sales, ad, and search data to spot trends and drive strategy

- Be involved closely with head of Brands in strategizing business

- Conduct competitive research to fine-tune our positioning

- Build internal dashboards and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets/Looker Studio)

- Experiment with pricing, creatives, and keywords to grow sales

- Work cross-functionally with inventory, creative, and supply chain teams

Who You Are

You might be a great fit if you're:

- An E Commerce professional with atleast 1 year of experience

- Extremely analytical and detail-oriented

- Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT

- A fast learner with strong execution instincts

- Experienced in e-commerce, Amazon, performance marketing, and D2C businesses

- Interested in blending tech + business + operations

- Humble, hungry, and ready to take ownership

- Value team collaboration
