Role Overview As the E-Commerce Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our online stores day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across order management, customer support, inventory, and promotional activities. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual who can manage operational tasks while contributing to our brand s growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Shopify CMS Management Regularly update and maintain the Shopify store. Add new products, manage inventory, and optimize the user experience. Order Management Process orders, handle shipping, returns, and abandoned carts. Conduct customer verification calls to confirm orders. Maintain detailed records of forward, return, RTO, and lost orders. Marketplace Management Manage listings, inventory, and promotions on Indian and international marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates and visibility. Handle marketplace-specific orders, shipping, and returns processes. Analyze marketplace data and strategize to improve sales performance across platforms. Customer Support Manage chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone support systems. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly. Brand Activities Management Coordinate and engage with promotional campaigns and branding activities. Support marketing efforts with operational input. Data and Accounts Management Maintain accurate records of order payments and account settlements. Collaborate with the finance team to track payments and refunds. Creative Support Use tools like Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based tools for creating product images promotional assets. Manage the visual branding and ensure consistency across all channels. Technical Support Assist with any technical troubleshooting or updates required for the website or tools. Daily Operations Management Handle ad-hoc operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow across the team. Skills and Qualifications Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably with Shopify CMS. Technical proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, and AI-based design tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and team coordination. Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset. Knowledge of inventory management and payment reconciliation. Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently.
