Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive Location : Nungambakkam, Chennai Tamil Nadu Department : E-commerce / Digital Marketing Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online retail trends, and customer behavior, with a focus on driving sales and optimizing the online shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Platform Management Sales Optimization Customer Experience Management Inventory & Order Management: Marketing & Promotions Data Analysis & Reporting Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Requirements: Proven experience in e-commerce, online retail, or a similar role. E-commerce platforms and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with paid search advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and affiliate marketing. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for product image creation and updates. Knowledge of mobile commerce and app-based sales channels.
