The E-commerce Manager will oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including sales tracking, inventory management, and platform management across major online channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, and BigBasket. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong coordination with teams and stakeholders, and the ability to drive sales growth through effective product management, advertising, and relationship-building with B2B clients and distributors. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Monitoring & Reporting Track and record daily sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, and BigBasket. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, providing insights on growth and improvement areas. Collaborate with the e-commerce and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. 2. Inventory & Stock Management Maintain optimal inventory levels on e-commerce platforms, ensuring stock availability to meet demand. Regularly update stock levels on Google Sheets, follow up on purchase orders (POs), and prevent stockouts. Coordinate with internal teams and platform POCs to manage seamless inventory flow. 3. B2B Client & Distributor Management Manage relationships with B2B clients and distributors, overseeing order fulfilment and purchase order placement. Conduct regular sales and inventory checks with distributors to ensure order fulfilment. Address client needs to foster positive relationships, improve client satisfaction, and increase order frequency. 4. Event & Exhibition Coordination Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions, working with stakeholders to ensure successful participation. Strategize lead generation and revenue generation from exhibitions, ensuring an ROI on event spend. 5. Product & Offer Management Oversee new product listings and offers on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and timely uploads. Manage promotional offers, campaigns, and product displays to maximise visibility and sales. Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to drive new product launches and exhibitions. 6. Ad Performance & Price Management Track and analyse ad performance on e-commerce platforms, optimising for maximum ROI. Develop data-driven pricing strategies based on competitive analysis and market trends. Prepare performance reports to inform adjustments in advertising and pricing strategies. Qualifications: Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in an FMCG or similar industry. Strong understanding of online sales channels, especially Amazon, Flipkart, Cred, and BigBasket. Proficiency in inventory management, data analysis, and e-commerce tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred: Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Experience in managing online sales for FMCG brands. Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced analytics tools.
