QUICK Commerce Manager Relevant Experience: 3- 8Yrs Location- Mumbai Chembur Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with Platform POCs: Act as the main point of contact for all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to ensure smooth operations. Delegate and Execute: Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure their timely execution. Take ownership of new initiatives and projects, overseeing their implementation from start to finish. Daily Task Oversight: Supervise daily tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to meet deadlines. Follow Management Directions: Execute directions provided by management in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and understanding of goals. Hygiene Checks and Listing Updates: Conduct regular hygiene checks to maintain product quality standards. Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings across all platforms, optimizing product visibility and discoverability. Additional Responsibilities: Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Performance Analysis: Analyze marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive integrated strategies and initiatives. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms. Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
