E-Commerce Manager

We are 20 yr old group of company working in more than top 18 industries on Pan India basis, we are working in FMCG, Retail, Banking & Microfinance Finance, Real estate, Insurance, Pharma, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 3,500 employees in ore than 900 branches over India.

Basic eligibility criteria for participating in an interview:-

Work Experience and Qualification:-

• Minimum 2-3 years of E-commerce platform experience in FMCG Division (in Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart etc).
• Proven experience in E-commerce management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing & Online Sales Strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Key skills:-

• SEO, Google Analytics.
• E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart).
• Digital marketing, Data analysis, Leadership, Project management.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Job role and responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
• Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce department.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to improve website functionality and design.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Salary:- Rs.20,000 – Rs.35,000/- (negotiable)
