E-Commerce Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who knows how to build, scale, and grow a brand across top online marketplaces. If you understand platform algorithms, pricing strategy, promotions, ads, and end-to-end operations that push a brand upward, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand growth across platforms like Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa etc.
• Manage listings, catalog quality, images, content, A+ pages, and SEO.
• Develop pricing and discount strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, festive events, and platform-specific offers.
• Monitor daily sales, traffic, and conversion, and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, ads team, and customer support for smooth operations.
• Handle payment reconciliation, order management, returns, claims, and penalties.
• Work on advertising campaigns (AMS, PLA, Myntra Ads, etc.) and optimize ROAS.
• Identify new growth opportunities and maintain strong platform relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in e-commerce brand building.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, their dashboards, and growth tools.
• Analytical mindset with good knowledge of sales analytics and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute fast.

Salary: Based on experience.
