E-commerce Listings & Shopify Backend Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Listings & Shopify Backend Manager to create, optimize, and manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces including eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and others. Additionally, this role requires full management of the Shopify backend, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and optimization of our Shopify online store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and optimize product listings on marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop compelling product descriptions, upload high-quality images, set competitive pricing, and ensure correct categorization.
• Manage the entire Shopify backend including product uploads, inventory management, pricing updates, and order processing.
• Customize Shopify store appearance and functionality using coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to improve user experience.
• Monitor listing performance, conduct SEO optimization, and adjust listings based on analytics and marketplace trends.
• Manage integrations such as payment gateways, shipping, and third-party apps within Shopify.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues related to listings or Shopify backend.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment on promotions and campaigns.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience managing e-commerce listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Etsy, and other online marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify backend management, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Liquid coding.
• Ability to optimize listings for SEO and sales conversion.
• Experience integrating and managing third-party Shopify apps and payment/shipping systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring sales data and marketplace trends.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with cross-functional teams.
