bout the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Intern to join our growing online business team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing online stores, optimizing product listings, supporting digital marketing efforts, and analyzing performance data. You’ll gain exposure to multiple aspects of e-commerce, from merchandising to customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Ajio, or other marketplaces.
• Support content creation for product descriptions, images, and pricing updates.
• Help execute online promotions, campaigns, and sales strategies.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to improve website visuals and user experience.
• Monitor order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and customer feedback.
• Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales reports to suggest improvements.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the e-commerce team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and trends in online retail.
