E-Commerce Fulfillment Executive

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Fulfillment Executive will oversee the efficient handling, packing, and shipping of products for online orders. This role ensures timely delivery, quality packaging, and adherence to company standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shipping Operations:

• Coordinate daily shipping activities for product orders.
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for domestic and international shipments.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with courier services.

2. Packing Operations:

• Ensure products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain packaging standards, including branding and eco-friendly practices.
• Monitor inventory of packing materials and reorder as needed.

3. Quality Control:

• Inspect products for defects before packing.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure proper labeling.
• Conduct regular audits of packing and shipping processes.

4. Inventory Management:

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels.
• Update inventory records after shipping.
• Report discrepancies in stock or orders to the supervisor.

5. Customer Service:

• Address customer inquiries related to shipping and delivery.
• Provide proactive updates on order status.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce shipping and packing operations preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Skills:

• Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using packaging equipment and tools.
• Basic computer skills for managing shipping software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
