E commerce Expert

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Expert located in Jaipur. The E-commerce Expert will be responsible for enhancing online sales, managing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, optimizing product listings, and ensuring an effective customer service experience. Day-to-day tasks will also include coordinating with the marketing team to implement sales strategies, monitoring trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Commerce and Sales skills
• Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
• Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus

Platform familiar with :-

> Nyka , Flipkart , Amazon , Myntra etc for India platforms

> Amazon.com , Itsy , ebay , Wallmart for International Market

Main Work roles :- For managing Listing / PPC /  Conducted detailed competitor analysis to develop pricing, bundling, and product display strategies.

 E-commerce Management: Product Cataloguing, Order Fulfillment, Shipment Creation, Inventory Monitoring
