E-Commerce Executive

Role Overview: As a Shopify Website Enhancement specialist, your main focus will be to optimize the website's performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. You will also be responsible for managing SEO and website keyword indexing. Additionally, customizing Shopify themes and Liquid code to align with business requirements will be a key part of your role. Monitoring web traffic and implementing retargeting strategies will also be crucial for enhancing the website's performance. Key Responsibilities: - Optimize website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness - Manage SEO and website keyword indexing - Customize Shopify themes and Liquid code as per business needs - Monitor web traffic and implement retargeting strategies Content Management: You will collaborate closely with the inventory team for regular inventory updates and ERP integration. Working with the content team to ensure the website is regularly updated with engaging and creative content will be essential. You will also be responsible for reviewing products and content on the website and making regular updates. Promotions & Marketing Support: Your role will involve implementing and managing discount codes, banners, and seasonal offers. Ensuring smooth integration with email marketing, Google Ads, and Facebook Pixel will be part of your responsibilities. Order and Customer Management: You will need to follow up on orders within the specified time frame and coordinate with the logistics team to facilitate order processing. Providing agile responses to customer queries and tickets will also be a critical aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Experience in inventory management - Expertise in any retail ERP software - Knowledge of SEO and on-page optimization - Proficiency in Frontend Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js (preferred) - Familiarity with Headless Commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce - Experience in PWA (Progressive Web Apps) and AI chatbots is a plus Preferred Experience: - 3-5 years of experience in E-Commerce/retail inventory management - Hands-on experience in e-commerce and ERP platforms - Previous experience with headless commerce - Strong understanding of conversion optimization and website user behavior on E-Commerce platforms Company Benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that the work location for this role is in person.,
