Role & responsibilities Manage a portfolio of existing strategic accounts against a set of output and input goals by driving the B2B flywheel levers. Help improve business processes and make us more effective in supporting our selling partners. Provide regular MIS and reports. Platform management of E - Commerce and quick commerce partners. Work closely with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Mechandizing team, Finance and Logistics. Operations management for marketplaces with the B2B partners (Myntra, Amazon etc) Operations Management for quick commerce with the partners (Blinkit, Zepto etc) Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years experience in E-Commerce operations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques Solid understanding of E-Commerce platforms, tools and technologies including online marketplaces, order management systems. Strong expertise in managing inventory management, pricing management, and other E-Commerce operations to optimize product visibility & manage operations.
