E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Order Processing & Dispatch Executive to manage customer orders received through our e-commerce website and marketplace platforms. The candidate will be responsible for smooth order processing, arranging daily dispatches, coordinating with couriers, and tracking shipments until delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

• Process and confirm orders received on the company’s website and other e-commerce platforms.
• Check stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Update order status on the system regularly.

2. Dispatch Coordination

• Prepare and print invoices, labels, and packing slips.
• Coordinate daily dispatches with the warehouse/packing team.
• Ensure timely pickup with courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, etc.)

3. Shipment Tracking

• Track all shipments until they are successfully delivered.
• Follow up on pending, delayed, or returned orders.
• Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) by coordinating with courier partners and customers.

4. Customer Communication

• Inform customers about dispatch status, tracking details, or any delays.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to orders and delivery.

5. Record Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain daily order, dispatch, and delivery records in Google Sheets.
• Report delivery status, RTOs, and pending shipments to the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations independently.
• Attention to detail and a proactive work approach.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Experience with courier portals like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Pickrr, etc.
• Experience in handling online orders or warehouse activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
