E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales activities, ensuring optimal performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and driving online sales.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Operations: Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms. Brand Name: Edyell
• Content Management: Optimize product descriptions, images, and other content to enhance user engagement and SEO performance.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the supply chain, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital advertising strategies, including PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, and sales; create reports and suggest actionable insights.
• Customer Experience: Respond to customer queries, reviews, and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2.5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords) and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• 6 Days working (Mon-Sat)
