Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Job Summary:

The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s online sales platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Company Website, etc.), ensuring smooth product listings, promotional campaigns, inventory coordination, and performance reporting to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility online.

Key Responsibilities:1. Product Management

· Create, upload, and manage product listings on all e-commerce platforms.

· Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords are SEO optimized.

· Update prices, offers, and stock levels regularly.

· Coordinate with the design team for product images and banners.

2. Sales & Campaign Management

· Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals as per marketing plans.

· Monitor daily sales performance, conversion rates, and order fulfillment.

· Implement A/B testing for ads and product listings to improve ROI.

· Manage PPC campaigns on Amazon and other marketplaces.

3. Inventory & Operations

· Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

· Track returns, cancellations, and replacements, ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate stock levels and forecast demand.

4. Analytics & Reporting

· Prepare weekly and monthly sales, traffic, and performance reports.

· Analyze platform analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

· Suggest improvements in pricing, product placement, and promotions.

5. Coordination & Communication

· Work closely with the marketing team to align online campaigns with overall brand strategy.

· Coordinate with customer service to ensure prompt response to online customer queries.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.)

· Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Google Ads).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Creative thinking for improving product visibility and sales.
