E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s presence on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Nykaa, etc.) and/or own website.
• Handle Nykaa platform onboarding, product listing, catalog management, pricing updates, and campaign coordination.
• Update and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion rates.
• Assist in developing and executing promotional strategies, discounts, and campaigns.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics like traffic, conversion rates, revenue, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align e-commerce activities with digital campaigns.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints related to online orders, returns, and logistics in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Generate and present reports on e-commerce performance and suggest actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Experience working with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and performance tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
