We specialize in ergonomic products and nutraceuticals that promote posture correction, pain relief, and overall spinal wellness. We operate across multiple online channels—including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Meta Ads, and Shopify—with plans to grow on Google Ads, quick commerce platforms, and WordPress-based content marketing. Role Overview: We’re seeking a hands-on and versatile E-commerce Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to manage and scale our operations across marketplaces, our D2C website (Shopify), paid media, and content (WordPress). This role blends product operations, platform coordination, analytics, and digital growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho): Create, manage, and optimize product listings and content. Track pricing, inventory, and order fulfillment metrics. Coordinate with platforms for issue resolution (e.g., suppressed listings, ASIN merges). D2C Website (Shopify, Wordpress): Manage end-to-end product uploads, merchandising, and page updates. Optimize UI/UX elements to improve conversion rates. Coordinate promotions, banners, and product bundling strategies. Performance Marketing & Ads: Assist in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Coordinate with media teams on budgets, ROAS, and creative testing. Maintain performance dashboards for ads and traffic channels. Quick Commerce & Channel Expansion: Support onboarding and product readiness for platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc. Identify suitable SKUs for fast-moving channels. Monitor serviceability, delivery SLAs, and offer competitiveness. Content Management (WordPress): Upload and format blogs, SEO-optimized content, and landing pages. Collaborate with content writers and design for spine health education campaigns. Maintain blog hygiene (tags, meta descriptions, internal linking). Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily/weekly sales across all platforms. Track product-level performance, returns, and campaign ROI. Present insights with actionable suggestions for growth. Key Requirements: 1.5–2 years of e-commerce/digital operations experience. Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify platforms. Experience with WordPress (for blogs or landing pages). Exposure to Meta Ads; Google Ads familiarity is a plus. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and analysis. Highly organized with a strong bias for execution and experimentation.
