Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

Implement strategies for minimizing overstock and stockouts.

• Shipment Planning:

  Schedule shipments to Amazon FBA warehouses efficiently.

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

• Order Processing:

  Handle the order processing system, including raising invoices, generating shipping labels, and tracking orders.

• Product Listings:

  Create and optimize product listings on Amazon to maximize sales and visibility.

Monitor product listings for accuracy and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.

• Customer Service:

  Address customer inquiries, issues, and returns promptly and professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Market Research:

  Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.

Identify opportunities for product expansion and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil and Hindi preferred.
• Previous experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Office and online tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and Amazon's platform is a strong advantage.
