Job Description

We’re Hiring – eCommerce Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replying to customer messages on eBay, Amazon and other marketplaces
  • Managing account health on marketplaces
  • Handling refunds, returns and order issues
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer problems

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
