E-commerce Executive

Hetalls is a fast-growing e-commerce business with a strong presence on major online platforms such as Etsy and eBay. We are currently seeking an Ecommerce Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in managing e-commerce stores and some knowledge of Excel data entry. Job Responsibilities:

• Etsy & eBay Store Management:
• Manage and update product listings on both platforms (Etsy & eBay).
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up-to-date.
• Optimize listings to improve search rankings and drive traffic.
• Handle orders, returns, and customer inquiries with efficiency.
• Excel Data Entry:
• Input product data into Excel spreadsheets with precision.
• Assist with managing inventory, sales data, and tracking product performance.
• Generate basic reports to track sales trends and assist in decision-making.
• Customer Support:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve any customer issues related to orders, shipping, or products.
• Market Research & Strategy:
• Monitor competitors and analyze market trends to keep our store competitive.
• Assist with improving strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience with managing Etsy and eBay stores.
• Basic knowledge of Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and generating reports).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
