Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations and ensure a seamless experience for both e-commerce and retail customers. The ideal candidate will play a key role in product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and customer support. Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and content across all e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with the retail store team to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely product availability. Act as the communication bridge between the online team and physical stores for order fulfillment, returns, and stock movements. Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media for both online and in-store customers. Resolve customer issues including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and general queries efficiently and empathetically. Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers. Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
