About the Role:


We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage product listings, inventory, and day-to-day operations across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar, and a strong understanding of marketplace operations, promotions, and reporting.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Product Listings & Optimization:

Create, update, and maintain product listings across marketplaces. Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and images to improve visibility and ranking.

  • Inventory & Order Management:

Oversee inventory levels to ensure product availability and avoid stockouts. Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth order processing across all platforms.

  • Promotions & Campaigns:

Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, coupons, and deals in coordination with the respective marketplace teams.

  • Calendar & Coordination:

Develop and manage monthly marketing and sales calendars in collaboration with marketplace partners to align on offers, visibility plans, and campaigns.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics including sales, returns, and promotions. Prepare reports with actionable insights.

  • Returns & Financial Reconciliation:

Monitor return trends, raise claims where needed, and understand basic financial terminologies related to marketplace settlements and deductions.

  • Tools & Reporting:

Use Microsoft Excel for tracking sales, returns, and inventory. Maintain clear and accurate records for internal reporting.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
  • Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data tracking)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
