Role Overview:

E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist

You’ll be responsible for growing our DTC channels (Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and more), executing email campaigns, maintaining website content, writing blogs, and contributing to paid ad strategies. You'll work directly with the founding team and global growth partners. 

Key Responsibilities:

📈 E-Commerce & Website (Shopify & Amazon)

• Update product pages, banners, blogs, and content on Shopify via CMS tools. 
• Run A/B tests on product page layouts, headlines, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. 

✍️ Blogging & Content Writing

• Write compelling SEO-optimized blogs related to gut health, snacks, wellness, and lifestyle. 
• Assist in drafting product descriptions, meta descriptions, and ad copy. 
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all written content. 

📣 Social Media Support

• Assist in planning and posting Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Stories based on the content calendar. 
• Research trends and create content briefs in collaboration with the video team. 
• Schedule content and track engagement metrics weekly. 

📧 Email Marketing

• Create email copy and basic visual layouts using templates and Canva Pro. 

💰 Performance Marketing Support

• Assist in coordinating with digital ad agencies for Meta and TikTok ads and influencer campaigns  
• Propose ideas for new creatives and messaging angles based on data. 

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of digital marketing, content writing, or e-commerce experience. 
• Excellent written English and communication skills — blogs, email, and web copywriting is key. 
• Working knowledge of Shopify, Canva, Google Analytics, and basic SEO is good to have, but not mandatory.  
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. 
• A plus if you are personally interested in gut health, wellness, or functional food.
