Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for a E-commerce customer service position. The role involves providing comprehensive customer support, resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and utilizing analytical skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Daily tasks include responding to customer queries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.
