We're looking for a self motivated and skilled E-Commerce Executive to join our existing team. ●Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. ●Manage and maintaining product uploading, listing, order processing and marketing on online platforms such as e-commerce, Indiamart, etsy, Nykaa and all B2B platforms. ●⁠Run promotional campaigns in the following portals. ●⁠Knowledge of all social media accounts and create content for diamond jewellery brand.
